Hay is food, hay is hope, hay is a memory of green pastures and warmth.
Its complex texture also reminds us of how diverse life is.
Hay is piled up, bundled together and transformed into cubes and bales. This is a “husbandry of nature” par excellence and at the same time a metaphor for the human mind.
Our minds are diverse and our thoughts and desires often fragile and inflammable. All kinds of emotions ignite in the straws of our minds and like the grass they sway in all directions, from good to bad, hate to love, war to peace.
The complexities that grow in the human mind, the chain of bad beads and good beads that endlessly create a spiral shaped chain and thus create our history.
Inner Life of a Hay Bale is an animated journey that seeks to imitate this.
